Can I change my delivery address?

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in this matter. 

Kindly note that the shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been shipped. We do our best to speed up our processing times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly. Address change is not completed until you receive an email confirmation from the customer support representative that has handled your request.

When requesting for an address change, we need the following information:

• Existing delivery details; and
• Details of the change
